Ben just finished shooting "Side Kick Girls", a new web series that is a part of the NYU Web Series Showcase.
Ben plays "Drew", a stand-up comedian and Katie's (Dawn Melissa Green) best friend. Katie is in love with Drew, but Drew's eyes are fixed on "Mickey" (
Laura Avey), Katie's hot roommate.
NYU alum and show creator/writer, Dawn Melissa Green was chosen as a finalist for SKG and the first three episodes will screen at Sundance. The series is directed by Jenn Page of

Ben got to spend the day shadowing executive producer/director Joe Russo on the set of NBC's hit comedy
"Community." It was an incredible day and the full day experience will be recapped in a future edition of Bonnie Gillespie's The Actors Voice-POV on Actors Access/Showfax. Look for it on January 15, 2011!

The short film "Unit 30" that Ben was in last year has added two more film festivals to its impressive film festival resume.
So far, the film has now shown (or selected to show) in 7 film festivals, so far HALF of the festivals to which it was submitted.
